A simpler TasKadence

  • Planning replaces Teams. A simpler sidebar: Planning holds every project's sprints, everyone's capacity and every task.
  • Everything inside the project. Milestones, Goals and sprints belong to a project. Test Sprints and sections are retired.
  • Milestones on a timeline. Switch any project's milestones between a list and a quarter timeline.

Safer sign-in, private files

  • Two-step sign-in. Add an authenticator app and sign in with a one-time code. Recovery codes keep you in if you lose your phone.
  • Sessions you can sign out. See where you are signed in, and sign out one device or all of them in a click.
  • Private file links. Attachments and avatars are private now. Their links reach only your workspace and expire after a short time.
  • Faster, safer under the hood. The app runs on hardened infrastructure, with backups, rate limits and stricter checks behind every request.

Goals, sprints and a new grid

  • Goals hold the work. Goals now live inside projects: Project › Goal › Task. Drag goals into order, or onto another project to move them.
  • Plan in sprints. Plan in sprints, drawn as rows of the same grid. Drag a task into a sprint, or reorder it inside one.
  • See who is around. Mark the days you are away on the Capacity tab. Everyone sees who is around before the sprint is planned.
  • Milestones with their tasks. Milestones now live under projects, next to goals. Attach the tasks that get you there, and close it when it lands.
  • A new List and Kanban. One fast grid behind every list, and a Kanban board with lanes and a backlog drawer beside it.
